Terms of Service
The terms that govern use of this website and our services.
Last updated: August 2026
1. About these terms
This website is operated by Novixa Systems (SMC-Private) Limited. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Use of the website
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its servers.
- Submit automated, bulk or deliberately false enquiries.
- Copy, scrape or republish substantial parts of the site without permission.
3. Enquiries and quotes
Information on this site is provided for general guidance and does not constitute an offer. Any price we give in response to an enquiry is an estimate until both parties sign a written proposal or contract setting out scope, price, timeline and payment terms. That signed document governs the engagement and takes precedence over anything stated on this website.
4. Intellectual property
The Novixa Systems name, logo, site design, text and images are our property or licensed to us, and may not be used without written permission.
Ownership of work produced under a client engagement is set out in that engagement's contract. Our standard position is that on final payment, the client owns the custom code and assets we produced for them. Pre-existing components, open-source libraries and general know-how remain under their own licences.
5. Third-party links
Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Disclaimer
The website is provided "as is". While we take care to keep it accurate and available, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the content is complete or current at all times.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or data arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction, unless a signed client contract states otherwise for that engagement.
